The most successful businesses have found that the key to long-term success revolves around effective financial management. Through case studies and a down-to-earth style, experience this remarkably powerful program:

  • Understand why and how to benchmark your company performance.
  • Establish the difference between “making a profit” and “having cash” volume and costs.
  • Learn how to correctly compute your break-even, and the effects of price, and how to do more of both.

Instructor Julie Jaksha is a Profit Mastery Trained Facilitator. Julie has been the Director of the Headwaters RC&D Area, Inc.’s Small Business Development Center in Butte, Montana since July 2009. Julie is a professionally trained roundtable facilitator and has recently earned her Certified Business Advisor certification. She has over 16 years of banking experience and earned certification from the national Development Council as an Economic Development Finance Professional.
